Red Wine
Raspberry Pinot Noir fruit fills the
nose and is mirrored on the palate. The tannins are soft and wellintegrated, with no harsh elements.
This is full of typical black berry
and peppery Shiraz fruit with
a lovely jammy ripeness.
Extremely reliable and well made
claret from Bordeaux. Ripe and
juicy with good balance and length.
Juicy red and black berry fruits
dominate this soft and easy going
wine that has the style of a ripe Claret!
Vanilla aromas and soft, jammy
strawberry fruit dominate this
wine which has lovely balance.
Merlot, the grape of St-Emilion
and Pomerol, has produced this pleasant, soft rich plummy wine with lots of concentration and character.
Brick red in colour, with a nose of berries, cherries and spice. Light-medium body, with mild tannins and no oak, it has crisp acidity and flavours of cherry and blackberry.
Soft, medium-bodied red that has
good fruit character and flavours.
White Wines
A deliciously crisp Sauvignon from the
Central Valley region of Chile. Aromatic
and flavoursome with great character.
A typical New Zealand Sauvignon,
with a highly aromatic nose and
a clean, crisp, fruity taste.
Full of ripe, peachy Viognier fruit
this is a warmly, mouth-filling
wine with lovely balance.
Ripe fruit and subtle oak in this
wine from Victoria. Fresh, dry
and easy to drink.
This is a very true style of Chablis with a
flinty, mineral character, concentrated
fruit and a
crisp, dry finish.
Ultra fresh, zippy white that is just off
dry. Wonderful as an aperitif but good
for a wide
range of food too.
